Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges

• Merchandise purchased at an event is subject to an exchange within 30 days of the completion of the event. Refunds are valid on-site only and subject to approval. 
• We will accept your online purchase for a return or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase.
• New, unused merchandise may be returned for a full refund or exchanged for a product of equal value. Package must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase and include the original receipt or order confirmation. 
• Refund is the amount of purchase, minus shipping. 
• After 30 days, returns are subject to approval. Please contact store@kingofthehammers.com.

Defective Merchandise

• If you receive a defective item, we will exchange it or issue a full refund. 
• Please contact us at store@kingofthehammers.com with a description and photos to report defective merchandise.
